Shipping, Pick Ups, Returns, & Exchanges

Local Pickup
This is a meet up location at the post office in Powder Springs, Georgia. If you are not from anywhere near by, please make let us know so we can make other arrangements. Make sure when sending the text message (number provided in the pick up email) you include your name OR your order number. Please give us at least 2 hours notice before scheduling a pick up time. For example, if you text at 3PM, we will not be meeting any earlier than 5PM. 

 ALL orders containing sea moss must be picked up within two weeks. The sea moss will be frozen to preserve. Leave out or place in hot water to thaw. After two weeks, your order will automatically be canceled with no refund.

WE WILL WAIT AT THE PICK UP LOCATION NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BEYOND OUR SCHEDULED TIME. AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOU HAVE TWO DAYS TO RESCHEDULE OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.

NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for all orders to be processed. Most sea moss gels are made to order and must remain cold. With that being said, orders that contain sea moss gels are sent Monday-Wednesday using 2-day flat rate shipping to attempt to avoid delays. Sea moss orders MAY be shipped in dry ice depending on your location. If so, you will receive and email with safety precautions and handling instructions.  PLEASE REFRIGERATE SEAMOSS AFTER OPENING. Orders containing plant powders only will be sent Monday- Saturday using 2-day shipping via priority mail. Store powders in a cool dry area. Nature's Nurtures is not responsible for any items once they are shipped. Please make sure to double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake with your address, please email info@naturesnurtures.com within the 3 business day processing period.

LUCKILY, DELAYED ARRIVALS HAVEN'T HAPPENED TOO OFTEN WITH OUR SHIPMENTS BUT WE STILL STRONGLY ADVISE USING PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU EXPERIENCE A LONGER THAN EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM ON THE USPS WEBSITE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS AND THERE IS NOT ANYTHING WE CAN DO. Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are accepted due to sanitary reasons. If you have any problems after receiving your order please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your order arrives leaking NOT CRACKED, please take pictures and email them to us within 48 HOURS of delivery.
